wills, trusts, and power of attorney

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client. Have something else in mind? We'd be happy to work with you to create a will that satisfies your needs and relieves your stress and worries.

  • A basic will is for those with little or with many assets. It allows for the direction of assets to any person within the family, or outside the family if there is no family to take at the end of life. A will without a Testamentary Trust specifically gives items to individuals or groups, although it may also generally give items in common.

This may be combined with a Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, or Specific Power of Attorney.

  • This is a will for those who may wish to directly give some assets away on death to specific individuals and also place some assets in trust to be used in common or to avoid liabilities attaching to specific assets.

This may be combined with a Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, or Specific Power of Attorney.

  • These are separate wills of the Husband and Wife but are completed at the same time. According to law they cannot be contractual in nature and each must freely give to whom they desire. While they are completed at the same time, both husband and wife will meet together and separately with the attorney to ensure their desires are followed.

These may be combined with an identical Testamentary Trust for property and assets held in common by both spouses. Separately these trusts may also place items into trust for items that are not held in common to specific individuals.

These may be combined with Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, or Specific Power of Attorney.

**Price reduction if both are completed at the same time.
